Description
The employer is hiring a fully remote Bilingual Patient Services Representative in Mexico to handle inbound patient calls, outbound follow-up, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization, and other patient-support activities. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, at least six months of relevant customer-service or patient-support experience, strong communication and data-entry skills, and a secure home-work environment with specified internet and hardware requirements. It is a 40-hour-per-week independent-contractor position paying $5.50 USD per hour, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
