Landing is hiring a Remote Operations Coordinator to own the operations of an assigned apartment market, ensuring units meet move-in standards, resolving customer escalations, coordinating with property partners and hosts, managing support tickets and maintenance requests, and improving NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores. The role is based on-site at the Polanco office in Mexico City, requires English proficiency and strong communication and problem-solving skills, and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Compensation is $19,000 MXN gross per month plus a performance-based bonus, with additional benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
