Blue Moon ABA is hiring a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to people with Autism. The role implements BCBA-supervised treatment and behavior intervention plans, delivers one-on-one therapy, collects behavioral and progress data, trains parents and caregivers on ABA techniques, coordinates care with client team members, and maintains a safe, supportive environment.
