The Registration Representative greets patients, answers questions, completes registration forms, enters demographic information, verifies insurance and primary-care-provider selection, collects payments, schedules outpatient tests and appointments, handles telephone messages and calls, and prepares daily activity and cash reports. The role requires a high school diploma, bilingual ability, and two to four years of clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting, and is performed in a clinic setting with exposure to infectious disease.
