The Bilingual Residential Mortgage Funder reviews legal documents, verifies that mortgage files align with underwriting approvals, audits deals for policy compliance, completes funding activities such as preparing advance cheques, coordinates with the Closing Service Provider, and maintains AML, compliance, and KYC standards. The role requires bilingual ability, 1–2 years of mortgage experience, strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and post-secondary education.
