Old Dominion Group Inc. is hiring an entry-level Safety Coordinator to support daily field operations and reinforce safety culture across active construction sites. The role conducts safety walks and hazard assessments, enforces safety policies and PPE requirements, supports toolbox talks and incident investigations, maintains safety records, coordinates training, monitors subcontractor compliance, and supports OSHA audits. The position is full-time, pays $28.00–$30.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of construction or safety experience, OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days, bilingual Spanish and English ability, and reliable transportation.
