Rocky Brands is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative for Lehigh to support customers through fittings, assist the sales team in meeting goals, travel to business-to-business customer locations, promote the CustomFit program, provide safety footwear information, resolve customer complaints, and collaborate with Key Account Executives, RAMs, and Inside Sales Support. The role requires extensive travel, including 80% of the time and overnight trips, fluent English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license, PC and Microsoft Suite skills, strong communication and time-management abilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and secure a rental car.
