Description
The Bilingual Scholar Recruiter will support Gestalt Community Schools in meeting enrollment targets by developing recruitment strategies, coordinating outreach and family events, building community partnerships, managing the scholar lottery and enrollment process, and tracking recruitment data. The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience in a school setting, fluency in Spanish, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail; experience with admissions software is preferred. The position reports to the Chief of Strategy and Operations and offers a competitive salary determined through an equity-focused approach.
