Description
Innovation Charter High School is hiring a full-time Bilingual School Counselor to support the academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and postsecondary success of high school students. The role provides mandated IEP counseling, academic planning and graduation-readiness support, individualized learning plans, social-emotional learning, crisis intervention, family outreach, and collaboration with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers. The position requires a master's degree in school counseling or a related field, New York State School Counselor certification or an appropriate pathway, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong counseling and organizational skills. Compensation is $60,000–$100,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and professional development benefits.
