Description
The employer is hiring a Bilingual Senior Medical Billing & Coding Specialist to work independently as a fully remote independent contractor for 15–40 hours per week in U.S. Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time. The role handles medical billing, coding, claims submission, denial management, accounts receivable, payment posting, revenue cycle management, payer follow-up, and patient and insurance information accuracy. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on U.S. healthcare billing and coding experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
