Bilingual Spanish Teacher Aide, Head Start at Start Early

Start Early is hiring a Teacher Aide in Beach Park, Illinois to support Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate early childhood education for children from birth to five years old. The role includes classroom observation and documentation, curriculum and assessment support, family engagement, program documentation, medication administration, and compliance with licensing and safety requirements. A high school diploma or GED, at least six months of early childhood program experience, bilingual Spanish/English ability, and a CDA credential or willingness to obtain one within the first year are required.
