Description
The Student Support Coordinator provides behavioral and emotional support to students, manages a caseload through mentorship, check-ins, small groups, classroom observations, and individualized consequences, and coordinates with families, teachers, and other school services. The role also analyzes behavior and academic data, develops interventions, documents follow-ups, and supports a positive school culture. It is a full-time, exempt position requiring at least two years of student-facing experience, with teaching experience, diverse-population experience, and individualized-plan experience preferred or ideal. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and the position includes full benefits and technology provisions.
