Devsu is hiring a remote, full-time Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work from anywhere in Latin America. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for IT positions, sources and qualifies candidates, conducts interviews in English and Spanish, tracks recruitment KPIs, and supports employer branding. Candidates need more than three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a relevant degree, IT recruiting experience, basic software terminology knowledge, strong communication and attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position includes a stable long-term contract, private health insurance, remote work, training, paid time off, and work on software projects for United States and Latin American clients.
