Soleo Health is hiring a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Monroe and Dade County, Florida market, with a large focus on Miami. The role focuses on consultative physician-office sales, new business development, referral-source acquisition, customer service, territory planning, market analysis, CRM use, contract negotiation, and patient recruitment and retention for specialty pharmacy and infusion services. The position requires fluency in Spanish, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, at least five years of healthcare experience including three years in sales or customer advocacy, and experience in bleeding-disorder communities, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sales.
