Description
Skillforce is hiring experienced bilingual Waterproofing Technicians for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity supporting projects in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role performs waterproofing, caulking, water intrusion prevention, and roofing-related waterproofing work; seals joints, cracks, and penetrations; and works safely on commercial and federal job sites. The schedule is 60–70 hours per week, typically seven days with some Sundays off, with heavy travel, company-transported job sites, lodging, and a $30 daily per diem. Pay is $18 per hour, with potential overtime earnings. A valid driver’s license, drug screen, background check, extended-hour availability, and fluent English and Spanish are required; prior roofing, caulking, waterproofing, or water intrusion repair experience is preferred.
