mylight150 is hiring a Billing Data Analyst to support the reliability and compliance of customer billing operations. The role involves collecting and integrating billing data, running billing and payment batches, checking invoice accuracy, correcting data-flow errors, monitoring billing issues, handling level-2 customer complaints and disputes, providing technical billing support to Customer Service, and contributing to process improvement and training. The position requires at least 2–3 years of similar experience, Excel proficiency, knowledge of billing processes, and strong organizational and customer-service skills; energy-sector knowledge is a plus. It is a non-managerial role with 39 hours, a gross annual compensation range of €40,000–€50,000, and the possibility of remote work.
