Description
Stolt Tank Containers is hiring a Billing Analyst to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of ancillary billing and vendor invoicing. The role investigates and resolves billing errors, manages vendor disputes, prepares customer invoices and reports, ensures accurate account coding, and supports process and system improvements. It collaborates with Accounts Payable, operations, vendor management, customer service, and third-party vendors, using ERP applications such as AS400 and Microsoft Office. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field, at least five years of combined work experience including two years in billing, strong analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail.
