Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is hiring a remote Billing Analyst to manage the firm’s client billing cycle, including prebill editing, bill preparation, account-receivable tracking, billing accuracy, client communication, and billing-inquiry resolution. The role requires 3–5 years of client-billing experience in a similarly sized, multi-office professional services organization, strong communication and analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of chart of accounts and confidential data. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while an associate’s degree and/or work experience may be accepted; prior patent prosecution billing is highly desirable. The position offers a base salary of $65,000–$95,000 plus benefits.
