DeSimone Consulting Engineering is hiring a Professional Services Billing Analyst to manage the operational and financial lifecycle of professional services projects, including contract review, ERP project terms, invoicing, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and project financial analysis. The role requires at least five years of professional services billing experience, strong ERP and financial reporting knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED; an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred. The position is salaried and exempt, with a base salary range of $60,000–$75,000, and may be based in New York City, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.
