Description
The Billing & Coding Specialist will support a revenue cycle team by assigning and validating CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes, entering charges, preparing and submitting claims, resolving denials, posting payments, managing accounts receivable, and coordinating with providers, patients, and insurance carriers. The role is full-time in Fairfax, Virginia, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of medical billing, coding, charge entry, or revenue cycle experience, and knowledge of medical terminology, coding standards, and reimbursement processes.
