Alloha Fibra is seeking a Billing and Collections Systems Analyst to support billing, collections, tax, and related operational systems for B2B and B2C customers. The role monitors recurring billing and collections routines, system integrations, bank returns, activations, and tax processes; analyzes and resolves incidents; manages functional requests and enhancements; maintains technical documentation and KPIs; and identifies opportunities to automate and standardize processes. The position requires prior experience in medium or large corporate environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of infrastructure, networks, servers, and security.
