Brainstack is hiring a Billing & Payments Operations Manager to build and operate the billing and payments infrastructure for a B2C digital product, from PSP and MID selection through payment routing, recurring payments, retry logic, onboarding, metrics monitoring, risk management, and monetization optimization. The role requires at least two years of payments, billing, or payment-operations experience with B2C digital products, practical experience with multiple PSPs, merchant accounts, and recurring payments, and strong analytical and ownership skills.
