Description
The Billing and Revenue Cycle Coordinator manages billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, claims appeals, consumer and authorization records, and compliance reporting across VA, Private Pay, Options, ACT150, OBRA, and other programs. The role requires two years of medical or human services billing experience, knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and payer requirements, familiarity with ERA processing and claims systems, strong attention to detail, spreadsheet proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Preferred qualifications include accounts receivable and revenue cycle experience, home and community-based services compliance knowledge, and strong communication skills.
