The role creates and issues invoices, updates customer files, coordinates delivery documentation, responds to customer and employee inquiries, and performs accounts receivable and administrative duties. Candidates need strong data-entry and organizational skills, at least two years of experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office; trucking, Seafreight/Drayage invoicing, and TMW, Mcleod, or Great Plains experience are preferred.
