Ruby Labs is hiring a Billing Data Analyst to analyze billing performance, financial risk, support behavior, and the impact of marketing and product changes. The role involves building data pipelines, applying statistical methods, running A/B tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and recommending improvements to billing efficiency, dispute resolution, churn, and operational performance. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, data analysis experience, strong SQL, BI, Python or R, and statistical modeling skills. The position is remote for applicants within approximately ±4 hours of CET and includes unlimited paid time off, paid national holidays, and a company-provided MacBook.
