Description
Zuora is hiring an Implementation Consultant - Enterprise SaaS Software in Costa Rica to support the implementation of Zuora Billing and CPQ solutions for enterprise customers. The role covers solution design, requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, customer training, and deployment support. Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of enterprise software implementation consulting experience, strong analytical and customer-facing skills, and familiarity with coding or scripting languages. The position is based at the Zuora Costa Rica office in Heredia with multiple office days and some remote flexibility, requires 25% travel to customer sites in North America and Canada, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
