Description
Legora is hiring a senior billing operations individual contributor to own daily billing execution across its global customer base. The role manages order intake, invoicing, credits, amendments, exceptions, dunning, complex customer-specific billing, reconciliations, audit documentation, and performance monitoring, while overseeing an outsourced billing support team and improving billing reliability and financial controls. It requires at least five years of billing, invoicing, or order-to-cash experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a subscription business, along with strong systems fluency and exposure to ERP or billing-system migrations, audits, or IPO preparation.
