Description
Amperos is hiring a Billing Manager to own a book of healthcare client accounts and the billing and revenue-cycle-management teams that serve them. The role combines people management, operations, client advisory, production and quality oversight, staffing, performance management, and cross-functional process improvement. Candidates need at least 8 years of leadership experience in healthcare RCM, including experience managing billing or RCM teams, staffing and scaling teams, managing offshore teams, owning multiple client relationships, and using billing or payer-management systems. The role requires working US hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
