Central Ozarks Medical Center is hiring one full-time Medical Billing and Collections Manager in Richland, Missouri. The role supervises business office staff, oversees billing and collections operations, manages claims processing, coding, accounts receivable, billing systems, compliance, and financial reporting, and coordinates with payers, vendors, physicians, and department managers. The position requires 3–5 years of healthcare business office or billing systems experience, a Certified Coder credential, at least one year of supervisory experience, and experience with eClinicalWorks; travel to COMC locations may be required.
