Alliant Insurance Services is hiring a Billing Operations Manager to serve as a subject matter expert for billing operations and quality. The role leads advanced billing reconciliation, multi-system analysis, payment and refund processing, billing-system troubleshooting, process and quality improvements, reporting, operational controls, SOPs, training, and escalation management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least four years of insurance operations or related experience, and a Property Casualty Insurance license or certification.
