Description
Dolby is hiring a Billing Operations Manager for its Cloud Services organization to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of billing operations for cloud-based SaaS offerings. The role oversees end-to-end billing processes, Zuora and integrated business systems, revenue operations, automation, AI-enabled workflows, compliance, issue resolution, and cross-functional team leadership. Candidates need at least three years of Zuora, revenue operations, and order-to-cash experience, including at least one year in a leadership role within a SaaS, subscription-based, or cloud services environment. The Atlanta-area base salary range is $109,700 to $150,600, with bonus, benefits, and possible equity.
