The role oversees claim intake through charge release, coordinates billing across multiple systems and teams, supports account setup and workflow routing, resolves complex billing issues, monitors SLAs, and mentors junior Billing Associates. The position requires at least 10 years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience and offers a $70,000–$85,000 USD pay range with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
