Description
AssistRx is seeking a Billing Specialist (Accounts Receivable) to join their team. The role involves end-to-end Accounts Receivable ownership, including invoicing, payment application, collections support, reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination. The specialist will prepare daily bank deposits, apply customer payments, maintain Accounts Receivable aging, and support collections efforts. They will also handle customer invoice preparation, reconciliation, and contract reviews to ensure billing accuracy. Additionally, the role includes assisting with client forecasts, collaborating with various internal teams, and performing AR-related projects.
