IMEG is hiring a Billing Specialist in Manhattan, New York. The role serves as the liaison between assigned project teams and Accounting, handling project setup, contract review, monthly client billing, accounts receivable monitoring and collections follow-up, client commercial communications, timesheet and expense approval, and subconsultant invoice processing. The position requires post-high-school education, bookkeeping and billing experience, contract and electronic billing knowledge, strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and detail skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Deltek-Vantagepoint experience is preferred. The role includes up to 10% travel and offers a New York salary of $66,000-$72,800 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and employee ownership benefits.
