IMEG is hiring a full-time hybrid Billing Specialist in Rock Island, Illinois to support the Finance & Accounting Team. The role coordinates billing and accounts receivable for assigned teams, prepares client invoices, monitors unpaid amounts, reviews contracts, timesheets, and expense reports, and processes subconsultant invoices. The position requires a two-year post-high school education, offers up to 10% travel, and pays $25–$27 per hour in the State of Illinois pay range.
