Voxidea is hiring a Billing Specialist to support U.S.-based law firms in preparing and maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, managing U.S. tax forms, ensuring tax compliance, using QuickBooks Online, assisting with audits, analyzing financial data, and communicating with clients or stakeholders. The role requires an accountant with U.S.-based company experience, knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and GAAP, tax-return experience, English and Spanish communication skills, and permanent residence in Latin America.
