Description
OVHcloud is hiring a Billing Support Specialist to handle customer billing and validation issues, including pending and cancelled orders, subscriptions, refunds, credits, fraud-order validation, and customer inquiries through email, tickets, and chat. The role requires 2+ years of professional e-commerce customer service experience, ticketing-system experience, credit-card payment knowledge, basic data analysis and mathematical skills, strong organization and communication, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers hybrid or fully remote work based on location, with a base pay range of $27.00 to $31.25 per hour and health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
