The role prepares approval planning documents and building permit applications, develops 3D execution plans for turnkey commercial properties using BIM, and supports technical clarification with architects, project managers, and building-services, structural, and fire-protection specialists. Candidates should have completed construction-drafting training in structural engineering or high-rise construction, CAD skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
