Description

AECOM is recruiting a BIM Coordinator to support the implementation of Building Information Modeling and information management on international Buildings and Places projects for Enterprise Capabilities. The role covers CDE administration, multidisciplinary BIM execution, BEP documentation, cloud collaboration, model federation, compliance audits, BIM content and template management, quality assurance, technical support, point-cloud integration, and 4D BIM. Candidates need a relevant design or construction-related degree, at least three years of experience in transport design engineering or BIM and digital delivery, ISO 19650 awareness, Revit and Autodesk Forma experience, design-coordination workflow knowledge, strong 3D and 2D model production skills, and fluent English.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree in a relevant design profession or related discipline, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of industry experience in transport design engineering or BIM and digital delivery.
Experience delivering BIM data from architectural and building engineering design software, including Autodesk Revit.
Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Forma or Bentley ProjectWise.
Experience with design coordination workflows using Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, or Forma Model Coordination.
Strong background producing 3D and 2D model deliverables for building design projects across architecture, structures, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape disciplines.
Demonstratable portfolio of BIM projects for the Buildings and Places business.
International experience working with global project teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Dynamo, Bentley Generative Components, or Grasshopper.
Experience on projects in Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Middle East, or Asia.
