Description
The BIM Coordinator supports the BIM Manager and leads the day-to-day implementation of a project’s BIM methodology, including the BIM Execution Plan, model development, software and data-exchange requirements, Common Data Environment workflows, permissions, and project controls. The role coordinates model reviews, clash detection, design kick-offs, peer reviews, deliverables, and BIM standards while supporting multi-discipline project teams. It requires 3–5 years of BIM experience, experience leading multi-discipline projects and teams, Common Data Environment management, and relevant BIM certification. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers a base salary of $74,000–$123,000.
