HIKINEX is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate BIM models for high-end luxury residential construction projects in Manhattan. The role involves developing and maintaining fully coordinated models, identifying and resolving clashes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and produce quality shop drawings. This in-office position focuses on luxury residential projects within occupied co-ops, condominiums, and landmark properties.
