Hoffman Construction is hiring a fully on-site BIM Coordinator near Boise, Idaho, to support construction projects from early data exchange through completion. Reporting to the BIM Manager, the role coordinates models and model families, runs Navisworks clash detection, manages issue tracking through Newforma Konekt, maintains model libraries, and mentors less experienced team members. The position requires 4–7 years of AEC experience, industrial or advanced manufacturing project experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Procore, and Bluebeam. The salary range is $85,000–$120,000 DOE plus incentives.
