Description
The BIM Coordinator develops, coordinates, and maintains Building Information Models for audiovisual, security, low-voltage, and structured cabling systems across interior commercial and mission-critical projects. The role performs clash detection, spatial coordination, construction-document production, model accuracy maintenance, constructability reviews, and support for project teams and external stakeholders. It requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least three years of BIM coordination experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with health, dental, and vision insurance options.
