The BIM Coordinator manages and coordinates Building Information Modeling activities across ongoing construction projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives, deadlines, quality requirements, and BIM Execution Plans. The role coordinates model-based information exchange, conducts model reviews, organizes BIM coordination meetings, supports construction and project management, develops BIM standards and digital tools, and maintains structured model and data storage. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a comparable field, knowledge of BIM software and data exchange formats, and strong communication and coordination skills.
