Description
The BIM Coordinator will coordinate BIM models across architecture, structural engineering, and building services for construction projects, perform quality, completeness, consistency, and clash-detection checks, resolve technical bottlenecks, monitor BIM standards and workflows, and support colleagues and external partners. The role requires a degree in civil engineering, applied architecture, or a comparable technical field, relevant construction-BIM experience, strong technical and spatial insight, and familiarity with BIM software and IFC model exchange.
