Hoffman Construction is hiring a fully on-site BIM Coordinator in Sunnyvale, California to support BIM setup, standards, model coordination, clash detection, data exchange, collaboration, issue tracking, and technology training throughout construction projects. The role reports to the BIM Manager, advises field teams, coordinates models with project stakeholders, administers BIM and common data environment tools, and mentors less experienced staff. Candidates need 4–7 years of AEC experience, including industrial or advanced manufacturing projects, a high school diploma or GED, and advanced proficiency with BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage, plus experience with tools such as Newforma Konekt, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Forma, and Microsoft Office 365.
