Description
The BIM Designer will participate in BIM projects, design and model, prepare technical descriptions, bills of quantities, and estimates, and collaborate with architects and BIM designers on architectural projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Applied Architecture or equivalent experience, Archicad knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software, strong BIM modelling ability, Dutch fluency, and knowledge of French and English is advantageous. It is a permanent position at the company's Ghent office, with part-time employment available on a 4/5 basis.
