Description
BINK is hiring a BIM Engineer to develop, coordinate, and optimize building services BIM models and technical solutions for non-residential construction projects. The role bridges design, engineering, and execution; resolves clashes and technical bottlenecks; supervises BIM modelers; checks calculations and specifications; advises project teams and clients; manages BIM objects and libraries; and supports execution teams. Candidates need relevant technical education, building services engineering experience, BIM software knowledge, Dutch and English language skills, and a category B driver's license. The salary is €3,300 to €5,600.
