Description
Rosendin is hiring a BIM Estimator to prepare and manage estimates for corporate BIM modeling and coordination efforts on commercial construction projects. The role reviews BIM specifications, drawings, execution plans, production rates, and takeoff quantities; prepares estimates, change orders, revisions, and scope pricing; coordinates with BIM and construction teams; and maintains estimating documentation and dashboards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least three years of commercial construction estimating experience, and relevant Accubid and Enterprise software experience. Electrical construction or BIM estimating experience is preferred, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office and familiarity with Oracle, Power BI, SharePoint, or VDC software beneficial.
