Description
HDR is hiring a BIM Leader to plan, manage, and execute Building Information Modeling and computational/data integration for a major healthcare project in the Bay Area. The role leads BIM execution strategies, coordination, model and data requirements, BIG Room BIM activities, design-technology implementation, meetings, training, and communications across project partners and leadership. It requires at least 10 years of industry/AEC experience, strong AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling, and Microsoft Office skills, drawing and detailing capability, and experience leading cross-discipline BIM execution; a related bachelor's degree, Rhino, Dynamo, large-scale healthcare project experience, and sustainable design/LEED knowledge are preferred.
